Holger Schuh joined the Henkel / Bergquist Organization in 2011 as Field Sales Manager.

With more than 27 years’ experience in the electronics industry and 20+ in the segment of Thermal Management he became member of the Application Engineering and Product Management Team in 2014 and focused on the entire portfolio of liquid materials as well as the dispensing and process technology.

Till end of 2019 he held the position as Business Development Manager / Engineer being responsible for setting and executing the regional Material and Application Strategy on thermally conductive Materials for the EIMEA Region.

In his current role as Global Technology Lead for Thermal Management Materials he define the companies Roadmap, execute the Technology Strategy and drive the cooperation with the Dispensing Technology partners being established by Henkel – all on global base.



Holger Schuh ist seit 9 Jahren bei Henkel Electronics (Aquise der Bergquist Company GmbH in 2014) und beschäftigt sich seit mehr als 25 Jahren mit der Thematik um das Wärmemanagement. In verschiedenen Positionen als Field Sales Manager, Key Account Manager und bis Ende 2019 als Business Development Manager / Engineer war er verantwortlich für die strategische Materialausrichtung und Entwicklung neuer Produkte für den Vertriebsbereich EIMEA und ist zusätzlich Ansprechpartner für das Thema Dosieren und Anwendungstechnik. In seiner aktuellen Position als Global Technology Lead stellt er als Technologie-Experte sicher, dass nicht nur die optimalen, vom Markt geforderten Produkte zeitgerecht verfügbar sind, sondern auch passende Verarbeitungspakete und Lösungen dem anspruchsvollen Kunden angeboten werden können. Für Henkel wird somit die Position als Marktführer im Bereich der Klebetechnik weiter stabilisiert und ausgebaut
